Dave Glickman – Chief Executive Officer
Dave holds a business degree from McGill University and was co-founder and COO of Pyrate Communications, a film production company specializing in computer animation, before founding Presagia in 1987. Since then, he has directed and managed the growth and specialization of the company. Dave has also held roles at Allscripts/Eclipsys as Director, Solutions Management Group, and at Sectra North America, as Executive Director, Sectra RIS.
Mitchell Slutsken – Vice President, Finance & Administration
Mitchell holds a degree in Political Science from Carleton University and a Certificate in Business Management from McGill University. With a background in accounting, finance, manufacturing, sales and international business, he joined Presagia in 2010 and has over 20 years of management experience. In addition to directing Presagia’s finances and administration, Mitchell also manages the Presagia Sports product line.
Peter Rorlick – Co-Founder and Vice President, Research and Development
Peter completed a degree in Computer Science at McGill University prior to founding Presagia with Dave Glickman in 1987. During the course of his 30 year career, Peter has designed, developed, and delivered numerous complex software solutions for a variety of industries. He has led software and product development teams and has participated in every aspect of managing a successful and growing software company. Peter has authored many articles on software design techniques for a variety of publications.
George Vine – Vice President, Technology
George holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from St. Petersburg University and has been working in software development and technology-related professional services since 1990. Prior to joining Presagia, he held the position of Senior Enterprise Architect at Bombardier, specializing in enterprise portal technologies and systems integration. At Presagia, George is responsible for architecture, technology, security, and Presagia’s hosting platform.
Bob Potter – Senior Product Manager
Bob holds a B.Sc. in Molecular Biology from McGill University, pursued graduate level studies in Computer Science at Queens University, and has more than 35 years of professional software development experience. Since joining Presagia in 2002, Bob has led the development of Presagia Enterprise, Presagia Sports, and the Anti-Doping and Administration System used by the World Anti-Doping Agency. Currently, he is focused on defining the requirements for new products and integration with third party products.
Shawn Goldberg-Synnott – Director, Project Management Office
Shawn holds a BA in Political Science from Concordia University. After beginning her career in the IT sector as a Certified Lotus Notes Instructor, Shawn’s expertise evolved into software implementation, project management, and eventually business process optimization. As Director of Presagia’s Project Management Office, Shawn is responsible for ensuring both internal and customer projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Allan Compagnon – Director, Operations Group
Allan holds a B.Sc. from Memorial University and an Electronics Engineering degree from NBCC. He brings to Presagia a wealth of experience implementing and integrating information technology solutions at diverse organizations, including iMagicTV and Speedware, as well as experience in various senior human resources positions. Since joining Presagia in 2008, Allan has served in many roles and helped drive Presagia Enterprise’s vision in leave and accommodation.
Geoff Simpson – Director, Sales & Marketing
Geoff has been with Presagia since 2005 in a variety of roles. Working closely with companies ranging from a few hundred employees up to Fortune 500 and reviewing their issues and requirements has strongly positioned him to understand the needs of employers today while retaining extensive knowledge of Presagia’s technology. He has authored several articles, whitepapers and case studies on absence management best practices and presented at industry events.
