Donald Olds – President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Olds has an M.Sc. and MBA in Finance and Strategy from McGill University. With an extensive and successful history in senior management roles, he most recently held the role of COO and CFO of Aegera Therapeutics, where he was responsible for clinical operations, business development, finance, administration, and mergers and acquisitions. He also led financing and licensing efforts that raised more than $100 million in growth capital and headed the team that negotiated the successful sale of Aegera. Prior, he served as the CFO of a private telecom company and managed the technology practice of TD Securities in Quebec. Mr. Olds has worked as a corporate and commercial banker across a diverse range of industries and spent two years on a Canadian development project in Senegal. He currently sits on the boards of two organizations, Quebec Consortium for Drug Discovery (CQDM) and Oxfam, Quebec.
Dave Glickman – Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Glickman holds a business degree from McGill University and was co-founder and COO of Pyrate Communications, a film production company specializing in computer animation, before founding Presagia in 1987. Since then, he has directed and managed the growth and specialization of the company. Mr. Glickman has also held roles at Allscripts/Eclipsys as Director, Solutions Management Group, and at Sectra North America, as Executive Director, Sectra RIS.
Peter Rorlick – Co-Founder and Vice President, Research and Development
Mr. Rorlick did a degree in Computer Science at McGill University prior to founding Presagia with Dave Glickman in 1987. During the course of his 25 year career, Mr. Rorlick has designed, developed, and delivered numerous complex software solutions for a variety of industries. He has led software and product development teams and has participated in every aspect of managing a successful and growing software company. Mr. Rorlick has authored many articles on software design techniques for a variety of publications.
George Vine – Vice President, Technology
Mr. Vine holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from St. Petersburg University in Russia and has been working in software development and technology-related professional services since 1990. He has a broad range of design and development experience in many areas, including e-commerce and information systems, enterprise resource planning, ATM networks, enterprise application integration, data encryption and digital signatures. Prior to joining Presagia, he held the position of senior enterprise architect at Bombardier Inc., specializing in enterprise portal technologies and systems integration. At Presagia, Mr. Vine is responsible for architecture, technology and hosting platform.
Bob Potter – Senior Product Manager
Mr. Potter holds a B.Sc. in Molecular Biology from McGill University and pursued graduate level studies in Molecular Biology and Computer Science at Queens University. He has over 30 years of professional software development experience and is a member of both the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). Since joining Presagia 10 years ago, Mr. Potter has led the development of Presagia Sports, ADAMS v1.0 (Anti-Doping and Administration System used by the World Anti-Doping Agency), and Presagia Enterprise. Currently, he is focused on defining the functionality and guiding the development of the Presagia Enterprise product line.
Nicola Boyd – Director of Professional Services
Ms. Boyd holds a B.Sc. degree in Textile Design from Philadelphia University. With a background in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce systems, and brand communications, she joined Presagia in 2002 and was responsible for opening a European office. At this time she was also involved in the development, beta roll-out and official launch of Presagia’s first web application to the UK Sport Institute. Ms. Boyd currently directs the company’s professional services department and client support team and also serves on Presagia’s Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors consists of David Glickman, Peter Rorlick, Nicola Boyd, Donald Olds, Peter Davie, and Mark Bercuvitz.
Peter G Davie, M.S., CRC
Mr. Davie has provided consulting and accommodation services to employers with health and productivity needs for the past 34 years. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining Presagia, he co-founded AtWork Resources, developer of the AtWork Manager software. As Principal of Peter Davie Associates, he oversaw staff including vocational counselors, occupational health nurses and employment development specialists, and provided Return to Work program development services to public and private employers and insurers. He has spoken nationally on absence and disability management and has been involved with various industry organizations, including the Disability Management Employer Coalition and the California Association of Reemployment and Rehabilitation Professionals.
Mark Bercuvitz, CA
Mr. Bercuvitz holds a B.Com from McGill University and is a Chartered Accountant. He brings to Presagia’s board over 40 years of extensive experience in the corporate and financial worlds. Mr. Bercuvitz began his career as a senior partner in a major accounting firm before going on to be the VP Finance of Cummings Properties Ltd. and Maxwell Cummings and Sons. He continued as VP Finance after a merger with Trizec Corporation. Following his successful career in the corporate world, Mr. Bercuvitz became a private investor and between 1987 and 2005 successfully created and managed three venture capital funds. He has many years of experience with commercial boards and currently sits as a member of the Board of Cummings Centre for Seniors and the Canadian Friends of Tel Aviv University.
