Presagia AtWork’s Employee Health and Productivity Record captures comprehensive health and productivity information related to absence and disability in a secure, centralized database. Configurable Case Layouts
Presagia AtWork has been built to be easily configured to each client's unique data capture and workflow needs. Configurable case layouts support this by offering the ability to tailor case layouts that already exist (i.e. Return to Work Case, Medical Case, Ergonomics Case) as well as create new case layouts - without development work.
Task Bank/Task Matching System
Simplifying the complex process of matching RTW candidates to available transitional assignments, Presagia AtWork’s Task Bank/Task Matching functionality enables employers to maintain an up to date, online bank of transitional assignments and match modified duty candidates to available assignments based on their current abilities. Employing proprietary formulas, the system compares an employee’s functional abilities to the physical and mental requirements of available assignments and produces a list of ranked potential placements. This state of the art matching system engages supervisors, human resource and case managers in a collaborative accommodation process, expediting the return of injured and ill employees to the workplace.
Event Reporting
Streamline and standardize the event reporting process by digitally capturing event information within a system that can be custom tailored to organization specific procedures and offers Wizards as a way to guide users through the oftentimes complicated reporting process.
