Implementation
By delivering our solution on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, we can offer faster and less costly implementations. One of the main benefits of SaaS is that we host everything for you, meaning there is no hardware infrastructure for you to install, and the implementation process is managed by Presagia.
We also utilize a proven implementation methodology that includes stages for planning, configuration, testing, and deployment. We work closely with our customers at each stage to ensure the proper resources are being allocated on both sides in order to deliver a quality solution, on time and on budget.
Training
One of the keys to the successful adoption of a new system is the ability of end users to learn the system and seamlessly employ it in their daily workflow. Presagia works with our customers to understand their environment and processes in order to create training programs that directly reflect their workflow. Depending on the product being deployed and a customer’s goals, Presagia can offer training over the Internet, at our offices or onsite.
Support
